At Fairburn Heating Solutions, our vision is that Industrial heating systems should never be a cause of downtime. We work with our customers to implement proactive asset management, with planned maintenance based on monitoring and data analysis, which results in far fewer unplanned breakdowns.
Whilst this is of course good news for our customers, it also helps our engineers manage their work-life balance. Swapping from high number of emergency callouts to a more controlled work programme was certainly attractive to Terry Stevenson, our latest recruit.
As Terry explained “In my previous roles working for facilities management companies, I found a high proportion of my working hours were spent dealing with unplanned breakdowns, often at short notice. Fairburn’s more proactive approach to maintenance gives me a much better lifestyle.”
Terry, who joined our team on 30th May, has 26 years’ experience as a gas engineer and will further strengthen our team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out at the gym and socialising.
